I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Life happens—I completely understand. That said, any changes made within 12–24 hours of your appointment may result in a 50% charge, and cancellations made under 12 hours or no-shows may be charged in full.
Open communication is key. If something comes up, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I appreciate your honesty and will always do my best to work with you.
Due to the nature of skincare services, I’m unable to offer refunds for treatments once they’ve been performed. However, your comfort and results matter deeply to me. If you have any concerns following a treatment, please get in touch. There may be post-care adjustments or supportive options I can offer to ensure your experience remains supportive and aligned with your skin goals.
I am a one-person practice offering intentionally curated, small-batch skincare. For this reason, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges on opened or used products.
